Djibouti Peace Agreement: A blueprint for a National Unity

Postby RebelLion » Tue Sep 02, 2008 6:28 pm

"if we give chance, the Djibouti Peace Agreement has the potential to reverse course and achieve national unity government and simultaneously end Ethiopian invasion. The reason for his agreement is different, than previous agreement is that, it has the support of the United Nations, European Union, and United State"

I thought there was no Ethiopian invasion. TFG supporters used to argue so.

Rebel, why choose to highlight the very same paragraph that briefly talks about ending ethiopian invasion knowing your political stance?

Bit ironic eh?

Hadaad and Cali gaab

I agree with the overall message of the article that we need reconciliation and peace more than anything else, wether one calls the ethiopians in somalia 'invaders' or not doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things. They are there largely because of UIC political miscalculations and were invited by somali's, but they need to leave and hopefully will leave soon.

I'm confused. On one part you say Ethiopians were invited by Somalis, on the other part you say they are invaders.

They were not invited by 'somalis'.
They were invited by your so called 'leaders' whom u look up to.
Funny how you clearly highlight the faults of the UIC but place your leaders under the shadow of somalis.

Lol, i never criticized them.
I just stated how RebelLion claimed the UIC are to blame for the Ethiopian presence and they were given an invitation by Somalis.
If he would have said they were given an invitation by the TFG and their blind followers, i wouldn;t need to address it.
May i add that the al shabab aswell as the UIC are just fighters with half a brain.
