That is not that bad though. I thought I was going to see a fist fight like those Somali parliamentarians. I know I shouldn't have expected that from Canada of all places. Canada is like a big ass San Francisco.

Hospitals don't serve anything that does not have a health plan so they don't really have a cashier at the Hospital as you wrongly imagined.

awe, in my city.....some hospitals are free while others request insurance or medical. There's no cashiers and no one gets turned down, its just that, they charge you after your dismissal and there's loads of programs that will help up pay for it. To me it's not bad.

If you have a job and almost everyone in the United states has one by the way, then the month for your health plan comes off straight from your pay check so you never notice. You have options in choosing who will provide you your health care unlike Canadians who have to rely on the government in more ways than most Americans are comfortable with. Universal health care is not all that great and if the U.S never adopts it ever, most Americans wouldn't give a rats ass about it.

I have a free health care through my employer. That's as good as free for me. My deduction is just 20/month. The Canadian free health is overrated. You will be seen for free, but they will first have you go through a waiting list that takes forever. Here, no waiting at all

When I didn't work in 2004, my healthy care was free. I went to the hospital for knee surgery, and paid big flat ZERO. You don't work here, the states covers up

Canada is a bij

Qardasay, Hopefully I wont' need liver transplant, I don't drink and If ever need one when I get older, I'd have my retirement and saving money ready. Having said that, take your laangaab ass out of this thread, you are farting all over the thread

There is no comaprison between US and Canadian healthcare.. I have seen them both and had them both.
Unless you are making 70-80 Ks a year and above..the Canadain is much better.
And .. even if you were to have any major illness..you would still be better off with the Canadian..not to mention the cost of the medication.
