its a small town in easteren togdheer its near the Ethiopian border between somaliland and Ethiopia

Border between Somalia and Ethiopia, Part of Buuhoodle district is on the Ethiopian side the other on the somali side.

Buuhoodle is not part of Somaliland. Ask a man from Buuhoodle not Emperior from Hargeisa.
Or you could visit the town yourself.

the only things the somaliland troops dident invade buhuudle that smal town they just anounced the guduumiye there he went there dadki shacabka way iska yeelen. It was not like lascanood where the people demonstrated the few first weeks

Forget a about Governer, Somaliland hasn't got a single geel in Buuhoodle, They haven't got any reason to claim Buuhoodle, and you are talking about having an Administration and Governer in Buuhoodle.
