Masjid AbuBakar al sadiiq Minneapolis

Postby Moguul21 » Tue Sep 16, 2008 5:07 pm

I heard my mosque is staring marriage seekers register for both men and women.

Basically this means both man and woman can register what kind of husband or wife they looking for. Mosque committee will review application and try to match perceptively.

What is your opinion about this?

This is one of the best ideas,
see, Muslim kids don't go to the clubs or parties and Muslims girls are usually shy or don't make moves.
So, here usually good ppl who are single, will be matched with other good ppl, and the wedding hall is located at the mosque!
This is the kind of responsibilities mosque should do for their community!

I will go there to check the market!

Do they provide pictures when registering? If so....

I would speak to the Imam of the mosque and tell him about my interest as well as asking him if I could see the pictures of those girls who have sumbitted a application.

If any of them was pretty this is what I would have said to the Imam http://www.imeem.com/people/k2a7Sv/musi ... s_thatwav/

that is too funny.  they usually ask for white men. there was a ugandan dude in some mosque i used to attend and he wanted a somali woman but masaakiinka did not get any offers. he should have went to nairobi or kambala, he would find an abgaal chick that would follow him to even hell.
