Lust is often seen as something sexual. But the proper definition is: intense desire. Ofcourse, this can be intense desire (in sexual terms) or intense desire for power or something else. So lust of the mind can be intense mental desire for something or somebody. And lust of the body is plain sexual in nature. Another thing I have noticed is that people love to flower ''love'' and make it something descended from heaven, while denying that it is lust of the mind and body for someone else. Ofcourse it should be both, because after marriage when one's sexual desires are satisfied (i.e his lust of the body) the lust of the mind should be still strong to sustain the marriage.
Istaqfrullah, where am i with my mind on this day of Ramadan?

Mister,
I still disagree.
I beleive love is something that is beyond us. Lust is almost always temporary where love is infinite. Lust is that physical attraction you have to someone that you can easily have with another inidividual. Love can not be replaced.
Lust is selfish, Love is unselfish. Thats the easiest way I can put it for you.

Somalis cant see the difference between love and lust...the minut they feel attracted to someone they think they are inlove..they get married and then after few months they start realize the truth..markaas ayuu dagaalko bilaamba, instead of ending it there they think with their little minds..dee ma laha hadii aan caruur dhalo ninkan waano is jeclaan..the first kid comes..the second baa lagu sii dabo xejin..then then..markaas ayey arintu sii qaraarta....all the maskes are of..they cant pretend anymore....they take the only exit way out...divorce.![]()
In my book the only real love in this world...a mothers love to her children..pure unconditional love.
