Rageedii :up:

Allahu Akbar!

Btw full sharia has to be in effect for that to go through, for example, if a man steals bread to safe his life from starvation, I dont think his hand can be cut off etc.

And the verse after (Surah al Ma'idah, Verse 39) states

BUT, whoever repents after his wrongdoings and reforms, indeed, Allah will turn to him in forgiveness. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving,and Merciful.

Nice try though.

Alluring is right so is excutive and advo.

Once there is government that implements fully sharia, and provides all the necessary to feed the country and so forth, then should this be carried out. If the person has no means to get food or what ever because he has no job because there is not much job opportunities in the country, then the guy should repent to allah and forgive, and it up to the government to change the country so it can feed all people.

Allah (swt) does not object justice, but justice in reverence to injustice. Cutting the hands of a human being is unjustified, therefore in the verse I showed it means BEFORE that can occur the individual must ask for forgiveness and Allah is willing to forgive. There are those who are willing to commit crimes without remorse, but there are those who commit crimes (food, and basic necessities because of lack of resources).

Also in Sahih al Bukhari it says;

Volume 8, Book 81, Number 779:

Narrated 'Aisha:

The Quraish people became very worried about the Makhzumiya lady who had committed theft. They said, "Nobody can speak (in favor of the lady) to Allah's Apostle and nobody dares do that except Usama who is the favorite of Allah's Apostle. " When Usama spoke to Allah's Apostle about that matter, Allah's Apostle said, "Do you intercede (with me) to violate one of the legal punishment of Allah?" Then he got up and addressed the people, saying, "O people! The nations before you went astray because if a noble person committed theft, they used to leave him, but if a weak person among them committed theft, they used to inflict the legal punishment on him. By Allah, if Fatima, the daughter of Muhammad committed theft, Muhammad will cut off her hand.!"

We are talking about Qur'an HERE the words of Allah (SWT), not the Hadith.
