Kramer is correct, the pirates should just sail the precious millitry cargo to Kismayoo where the UIC can get hold of it.

The UIC is the most professional motivated armed group in somalia, they are the ones to best use this equipment.

The russians might as well just give us the cargo and come and land into somalia where they would be more than welcome in somalia.

They could help train UIC tank battlions, the Russians should be smart to understand that we the somali people are extermely anti-US.

To unload these heavy tanks they need a modern port.

I am sure Bosaso port is under surveilance, and whenever they come near it, those tanks will be snatched back.

You only need a beach, they open the front off the vessel and they can offload.

The tanks are not in containers, they can be offloaded on any natural harbor.
