I know this is not the most exciting thing, but I'm working on Eid of all nights :(


Is anyone else working.........or am I the only loser?!



Oh well, I'm still excited. Alxamdulilah!! and EID WANAAGSAN :rose: :rose: :mrgreen:

You should take a complete day off. Also, take off every Friday if you can. Take example of the Jews; America's struggling economy won't be rescued on this Monday because it's a Jewish holiday. EID WANAAGSAN.

I would rather work then waste time and sit around the house. Besides what is there to do?! dinner, movie etc. I'm not interested in things like that :down:

Majority of my freinds and family went to work after eid prayers. I've been off for 2 weeks so been chilling like a villian.

I was off the last month myself, but classes started recently so I am not complaining. I had the entire month of Ramadan with no worries!! Alxamdulilah :D

It's the American way of Eid!
you get your hair cut, wear some clean cloth and go to prayer, and after prayer, you will get your Buskut iyo Xalwo to go and go to work in the afternoon!

Here in holland they wanne make eid a national vestival and all the muslims shaqeya got off all the time becaus they work christmaska moogtay so they exchange all the time all the employers know its eid so they give you off the goverment want to make the 2 eids national day off for every one :mrgreen:
over milions of muslims in the big city they have 2

It is Ok if you chosed to work on Eid day..We all have to make our individual choices....But you sounded atleast on your tone...that you were devastated by working this great Day....
