The TFG = Islamic Government in Somalia and A/Y is a the legitimate ruler of a Muslim Nation therefore cannot be rebelled against and it is haram to rebel against him. Who believes this? is this a joke to make a mockery of our Religion? How can we Somalis agree on Islamic Rule if people are using ISLAM to defend the TFG?

Maybe if it was the UIC I could be persuaded of this argument walaahi but to call the TFG Islamic rulers is a sick joke and an insult to intelligence

If that mockery is valid, then AY & the TFG violated it by rebelling against the previous ruler and government. That mockery is employed by secular rulers/governments who are supported by non-Muslims. Islam doesn't allow rebelling against a ruler who:

1. Is just and rules with Shariica.

2. Doesn't take non-Muslims as allies.

3. Who doesn't employ clan based hereditary kingdom (like the UK, which the Saudis copied).

4. Cares about the lives of Muslims and their welfare more than the lives and welfare of non-Muslims.

5. Doesn't allow non-Muslims in the Holy Lands of al-Hejaz and Nejd (what's known today as Saudi Arabia).

6. Other criteria that conform with the teachings of the Qur'an and Sunnah.
