The Djabouti peace deal doesn't take effect until there's formal signing of the dotted line, slated to take place in Saudi Arabia. But the signing of the Djabouti deal in S. Arabia is mere formality 'cause the wheels are already in motion... we already saw first steps taken when SH. Shariif forced Ethiopians to stop dragging their feet and withdraw from Beledweyn. Hopefully the remaining Ethiopian troops will leave before Xmass. And we got the Xafidul'allah Sh. shariif and the other wise men of Djabouti to thank.
