Where is Bur Hakaba located, first time i've heard of it.
Also, it looks quite impressive despite having lots of empty land.

I had a slight suspicion this town was inhabited by a minority group hence the farms

I'm sure its inhabited by Eelaay AND Ogaden, possibly even Jareer and other groups.

And Bardheere is less than a quarter the size of Bur Hakaba.

Nah i'm jokin...the reason i thought they were minority's is because one time on the bus there were two school girls sitting on the seats infront of me talking about a certain tribe.
When one asked who so and so was the other girl said something amongst the line of:

".....but their mother isn't"

The other girl "What is she then"

"She's (wispering into her ear) Eelay"

Yeah i remember when RRA attacked the city i was actualy in Buurhakaba at that time, they killed everybody that didn't speak maay maay so i doubt there are any Ogaden people along with habar gidir

But there are a lot of jareer people.

Baidia/Bardhere/Buurhakaba those ciies i know 70% eelaay.

Cali_Gaab

lol, some people are so ignorant. Wallahi I've heard people use Eelaay as if it was an insult. Not like us the word in a bad way but they thought the whole word was an insult :?
