except high gas prices and rent and milk prices going up, These market meltdown isn't effecting me personally!

I still got my job, I didn't bought a house on interest or bought the latest car on interest payment! I didn't invested in stocks or bonds, I have no 401K.

I bought a used car that I could afford with cash, and I lived in an apartment all my life where I pay my rent with cash, and I never took a credit card or a student loan, I believe in cash and interest free, and I hate all loans!

In this way! Life is a little easeir, happier and worry free!

Nah! I'm talking about in general, gas prices started to come down this month, specially the last two weeks they have been falling but they were $4.99 for a while, and I'm happy about that, but my rent is rising every year for me!
they added $25 last year and they adding $30 this year, I may have to move!

In general...price are going DOWN Kramer....compared to last year...yes prices are higher....but their coming down. One of the reasons your rent is increasing is that the owners are passing the higher cost of borrowing on to their tenants. Now Im not sure what state you live in but I do know that some states have a Rent Cap on their h ousing...perhaps you should think about that.
