..if you got money I would highly recommend that you go back home and buy land and not just a piece of land but lots of land, its not pricey at all and soon before you know it will be an unsurpassed investment you have ever made

..and its best you buy this land in regions where your ancestors are from, your Qabiils home-town and build it

Starscream actually he is not lying. Several of plots of land we bought in Somalia, among them Beled-Xaawo are above a hundred thousand. I mean in one of the plots my dad just got an offer to buy the land from him at 85 thousand dollar's cost and we bought these lands late 90's for just 10 thousand dollars a piece.

Land around Xamar is valuable but not as exhorbant as some would have us believe.

All the rest of these towns and cities aren't worth it.

Fah

What's sad about ignorance is when we bask in it. Wallahi oo bilaahi oo tolaahi, I am not lying and do not have a single reason to lie. I was with my dad recently in Africa when these guys were offering over 90 thousands for the Beled-Xaawo plot itself. Mind you a plot we did not build yet but is in the best part of town. Other plots especially the Kismaayo one are over a 100 thousand and if peace comes to Somalia, our Mogadishu one is above 150K.

War wallahi baan ku dhaartay believe it or not.

Beled-Xaawo today isn't considered part of Somalia. The only way you can tell where Beled-Xaawo starts and where Mandheere ends is the Kenyan military checkpoint literally separating each city by a block. 8 years ago it was not like that, but today even the long road that separated Beled-Xaawo and Mandheere is lined with buildings.

Do you know the currency they use in Beled-Xaawo is the Kenyan shilling???

Just last week, two Kenyan workers were kidnapped in Mandheere run through the border and held up in Gedo. The Gedo administration freed the men and gave it to the Kenyans in Beled-Xaawo/Mandheere.

Starscream, what said? I am simply showing you the large Beled-Xaawo/Mandeere twin city population base is close to a million people. Like I told you, the property is I said, you don't have to believe it and you are welcome not to. Just don't act childish.

Fah, when will Somalia see peace is the question.
