The photos you copied are photos from the old city centre of Mogadishu, which was levelled to the ground by the unfortunate 4 months war in 1991-1992. It has been a gost city centre since then.

Also, most Mogadishu civilians have fled to just outside Mogadishu (along Afgoye road), and others have gone to the coastal Northern districts of the city.
