i never knew Bur3a had a river. why cant they grow food stable and why do they fight for qamadi?

When you were in Burco this year was there also a construction frenzy/boom going on? This year when I visited Bosaso and Garowe almost on every corner of a street there was a brand new villa/building being built.

Half of the buildings in those cities looked like this:
