They want Yemen's coast guards to get the biggest share. Salah paid official visit to Egypt and Jordan that the Gulf of Aden is on the verge of being Internatinoalized under the pretext of fighting piracy. He expressed his biggest alarm and asked the Arab States to confront the colonization of their terrotorial waters and that of Somalia. However, Yemen and Egypt are pushing for a long-term solution to Somalia's problems , which will help the country from the grip of piracy as well as foiling the European-American project.
Moscow is now asking Somali government to sign "collaboration status".
