Gadabursi Tribal Extremism A Threat To The Country

Postby Adan_1 » Tue Jan 20, 2009 7:10 am

I love your website and for a long time I have been reading the news from Somaliland on your website. However lately the website have changed for a broad Somaliland agenda to a narrow tribal agenda, this is very disappointing. It seems Gadabursi’s in the diaspora are more qabiili than other Somalilanders, all they seem to write about is Awdal Awdal Awdal, what happened to Somaliland as a whole?

I don’t only blame Gadabursi because it seems that many Sacad Muuse are equally obsessed with Gabiley Gabiley Gabiley, what happened to Somaliland as a whole?

Only Habar Yoonis(Tuur), Ciisa Muuse(Ciigal) and Gadabursi (Riyaale) have had a Somaliland president, if other Somalilanders think like many Gadabursi they would be screaming tribal rants about their clans right to the presidency but they are quiet and they are nationalistic and they understand that Somaliland is Somaliland, the president is not a tribal chief instead he is the chief of all the tribes.

Any Somalis including those (that came with air-insh'Allah..refugees) from the South who are fortunate enough to bask under the pleasant aura and blanket of freedom are the winners.

Not just Sacad Muse and Samaron.
