he's wrong and stupid in equating the destabilising forces with hawiye, but other than that the dumbass posed a question asked by many.

black velvet, its because the situation now is different. in the nineties it was clan wars, but this is something new. these groups like alshabaab and tfg dont have loyalty to the hawiyes or any other clan. even the hawiye clan elders were calling for any more fighting to stop. but nobody has listened. so clearly what is happening is beyond their power.
