Fair enough we are having a civilized discussion. Before you'd call me a dabayaco . Now you are talking in friendly terms. Anywho. Garaad Jamaac wants to work things out and if things don't go the way they should (Fair proportional arrangement) then he wants to move his own way and thats fair. You should make a dhulbahante State if Puntland is still it's mafia form.
