this was in the works for quite sometime,the next step is to form anew admnistration for the whole of jubba since this current one was temporary.people have been wondering why al-shabaab was excluded from this new coaltion,since the kismayo adminstraion is joint al-shabaab/raskambooni affair?time will tell whats being cooked.

ras kamboni is hassan turki's group, al-shabab and his organisation had strong relation's.....the other groups are all breakaway's from former UIC.
