I don't think Shiekh Shariif has the experience but does understand the Somali Problem as he was part of it since 2006. That is essential. But With the right Prime Minister iyo advisors his adminstration will go far.
The biggiest test for our President is south Somalia and how he deals with Al Shabaab. Mogadishu is the President's hometown with over 45% abgaal population. He has a great start it will be interesting to see how he finishes.
