if we, muslims, recognize humans as mere creations (by allah), how can they, then, create and legislate for themselves and others? why the need to make-up laws in the first place? are these laws better than what our creator - allah swt - has revealed?
truly when man thinks, in his deluded and sick mind, that he or she can create and rule, not unlike allah swt, then he or she's, indeed, guilty of shirk abkar.
hakimiyyah soley belongs to allah swt - hence shariah should be the only law governing the ummah of muhammed saw, not man-made laws. so, people who chooses to rule by theirs or other man-made laws, wrongly thinking that they can do that, then they're guilty of kufre akbar.
also, one shouldn't seek judgment from other than allah swt.
