what amazes me the most is seeing new muslim converts who are more religious and more knowledgable in the diin then people who were actually born into islam, being born as a muslim and then to have a new converts tell you things that you didnt even know about regarding the quran, hadiith and general islamic practices just leaves u disgusted with yourself. im talking about white/black pre-christians who came into islam recently. my brother was telling me how even in prison one day at friday prayers when the regular imam wasnt feeling well, he asked if there is anyone else who could carry out the friday prayer, of all the people there, a new muslim converts a black/english guy got up and lead everyone for the prayer, if you think about it you are being replaced by someoen else cus you wasnt greatfull for what has been given to you..
