My pops just got a call from Djibouti and it's confirmed. Cumar Cabdirashid Cali Sharmaarke is the man. The Djibouti secret service were seen escorting him to his new place of residence until tomorrow.

In a parliamentary system, the prime minister is supposed to be more powerful than the president. So how come that is not the case in Somalia?
