Due to the barriers of entry i don't think you can make it in that market.

I have developed a business plan for a Xawalad which will operate in a different way from the conventional somali Xawalads, the running costs and commission charged will be lower but it will yield a higher return.

I have got a few links with a small Xawalad, I will approach them soon inshallah.

Why invest in a hawala dude. There are plenty of other low start up ventures. How much seed capital are we talking here? Over $200k.

Don't invest in SomGulf. You will not see your money. And also the property market in Dubai is going down the hill.

Executive somgulf has abandoned the real estate market in UAE. To my knowledge they are now only trying to get rid of existing portfolio and excess inventory. Admitted they did indeed lose money flipping real estate in UAE, their new start up looks promising.
