First of all they are in America not Saudiarabia, Secondly they are Somali and free sprited & finally they are most likely with their husbands, Brothers, Sons and so forth and may know everybody that at the meeting..

Cheap excuse; if one is your brother or husband or even grand son, it doesn't make the rest of strangers part of your family, does it? Plus I would least expect grown-ups to abundant their religion just because they reside in non-Islamic world.

I guess is just another lame excuse to have a night out!
