KOA,
I saw bits of it on FOX5 news, don't remember the whole story. But the couple did marry against the dad's wishes, then the dad went postal on them. The media were calling it "Muslim honor killing" as if these Pakis give a shit about Islam, nacalaa ku taal the bastard for killing his daughter like that. And then he confessed and is now in sitting in some jail in Fulton county waiting his trial. Wtf did he gain?

I really didnt pay much attention to the story either but as you already know it was a hot topic in my mosque where it definately became a big issue among the Paki's and AA Muslim's but than was the dude she married a Muslim if not than i kinda understand why he went crazy on here. As i said South Asians are Right wing and Crazy.

If you want your kids to keep your religion, then the answer is no - there's a 50/50 chance of going either way. Other than that, I don't see anything wrong with marrying some1 u love regardless of her beliefs.
Off topic but worth saying: Somali women are pursued by other races way much more than our men. I was involved in creating and maintaining somalinet matrimonial's old software. During that time, I came across many Italian, Black and white Americans, Arab, Oriental and other men who posted their profiles, specifically looking for Somali wife. On the other side, a few scam artists in Nigeria posted as girls in hopes of milking somali men.

What Love? If that women doesnt become Muslim than you Must divorce her and if she has children than your fucked because she keep's them and you pay child support. I say why even take the risk? Contrary to what people say i have only met one half French Family in my entire life and they live in Montreal.

Pakis run your Masjid dude, can't stand those bastards. That's why I don't even bother going there as much, they want to take all the credit and take all the adminstrative positions eventhough the Masjid was built through a collective effort.The one in Stone mountain is expanding, we had some Sheikhs visiting from Virginia this weekend for a fundraising. You should visit your folk down in Dekalb waryaa.

Paki's are outnumbered at the Mosque dude, i dont know when was the last time you been here but AA Muslim's have been coming alot lately though one thing your right about though is they hold all the Top Position's and the Egyptian's too but than you Must understand they contribute to the mosque on average more than any other community. Let's be realistic here mayn, you people want to isolate urself and never want to intermingle and only want to divide the Ummah. Tell me of any Mosque you folkz run that is as diverse as our's.
Dont worry though i may not visit your mosque but we as family have donated our share.
I aint commuting that long while a mosque is less than 6 miles away from me.
that way our religion grows and grows and grows
