Kambuli in Uganda - Infested with a nasty disease:

Uganda: The disease is most common in the area of the White Nile, Sudan
border, north shore of Lake Victoria, Iganga, Kambuli, Mokono and Tinja.
Rates range from 8 to 50/100,000 per year. The endemic species is
_Trpanosoma brucei rhodesiense_ (with isolated cases due to _T.b.
gambiense_). The local vectors are _Glossina fuscipes_ (ssp. quanzensis,
martinii and fuscipes) and _G. pallidipes_.
