lol all that translates to men and women being equal and we are not according to ALLAH. We each have different roles in society and in order to keep the balances and progression of society its best we obey ALLAH's orders. ABaayo you can be more educated and wealthier than a man, but the truth is, waxaa ku fiicaan inaad subaax walba caruurtada canjeelada uu dubaatid.

yo living prove of wanna be halimos. sis we had a culture and religion which we all grew up with, we just can not throw that way and adopt a new one which made million of somali women single mom. there is a reason behind when allah said, man are responsible the wellfare of the wifes and children. if one marries a farah who can not take care of his family...she should tell him facck of and let him go. Women's should do worry the wellfare of her family period.

mashallah ismahan aqli badana.

some people mix between adalad and equality.
we're equal and we should treated equally because we're both human.

i cannot go ahead and have luxery of staying home, naag iney iso donato and aqal no sameyso and pay mahar and all that.lol

marka arimaha wala kala leeyahay , adunko wo kharibmi laha hady roles isku qasmo.

we may need to help each other financially and household works but we cannot switch the roles.
marka naga daayo wahan aad ogtihin, ino so'oneynin.
billah 3alykum waqtiga idinkana ha iska luminana anagana hana lugooyina.

Ismahan - IWD is about celebrating women’s achievements through the years; the women who fought and died for suffrage and the women who stood up for their rights to safe working environments. The women who are still campaigning to improve our general health and security, it's about equal pay and upholding the human rights of every girl and woman. This is not about who makes canjeelo in the morning abaayo we know we are not created the same as men but that does not mean that our lives have less value than a man's. Today is a day to consolidate where we were, what we've been through and where we want to go.
