..to not look? is this the most difficult sh.it for a man or am just a super freak?

..if a see a nice looking chick, i can't help but to look at what's nice about her; its disturbing and i don't like but its just almost impossible and don't get me wrong walah i don't stare hardcore eff that but i do look whenever i can get a quick peek (guilty)

..i want to stop it all together but wtf how do you do that? lol

I think you'd probably be better at it if you don't try not to look. We tend to do things when we're trying not to them. It's like when I tell myself I'm never going to drink cofffee ever again and all I can think about is coffee. Anyway, you have 2 options...

1. Look at them all the time...I mean all you want, until you get bored of looking and start finding other things more interesting

2. Try negative reinforcements....like slapping yourself really hard every time you find yourself looking at some girl or drooling

Go for this one walahi it would make my day if every guy who looked at a girl slapped himself, do you know how many slaps a day that would be...the medical sales would be enough to save the economy

Well once is enough, why do you need to look twice? Of course you can control your eyes, just look somewhere else. If it is that bad, leave the place altogether.

As for me, I can control myself if I want to. Firstly knowing it is haram helps me not to look again, but I must admit, one of my main reason is beacause he'll start to get big headed, make a move, or even worse he'll start to assume I'm a loose women, and there's nothing more disgusting then others assuming your that (In my opinion).

Btw, Islam allows you to look at beautiful things/ppl and so long as you don't blink you can keep staring at them..but once you blink, you have to lower your gaze.
think of it as an order from Allah..which its and you will learn how to discipline yourself better.

its been said, the first look is ok....so then what if its a one very long look?
