Mubaarak is the most expensive company in Puntland

The first one for 75.000$ can easily be build for 45.000$ if you use other engineers..

My biggest issue is about sewage and sanitation. Somalia is a public health disaster in that area,

Very expensive indeed..and why they did the "Tarnig" when they could have "Shub"? with all that money..?

I have noticed that all Somalis mess up the paint colors

But after the critics still, that is a step forward...

Somalia lacks community cooperation. In some places there are 10s of expensive villas with no paved streets. When you have 100K to buy that house and all of your neigbors are wealthier than u, isn't it the time you get rid of that dirt in front of your villa and have paved streets with side walks.
