Diets never really work. Try joining the gym or maybe do a few combat aerobics classes, that's what I used to do when I was a student....God I miss those.

Ok on a serious note.. eliminate as much carbohydrates as possible from your diet..
Eat lots of Green veggies..salad, spinach etc etc.. and fish.. do it for 1 month.. you will see and feel the difference.

And then after the month you start eating the carbs again and gain twice the weight you lost.

Hit the gym early in the morning and preferably before u eat breakfast (around 6am if you can)
Drink lots of water
Eat lots of Fruits
Don't eat after 6pm



Don't be harsh on yourself and you will be just fine.
