Ayantu,

I went on the 70% diet and exercise and lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I would curtail whatever I ate to a small portion, 70%, avoided drinking sodas, and would drink lots of water. To stunt any cravings to eat more, I would eat one sweet item with each meal to send a message to my stomach that it was full.

I also recommend avoid hanging out with people who overeat or eat unhealthy food.

hang around skinny girls and you will loose weight. Make sure you eliminate all your fat girlfriend and don't wear dirach or any somali clothing that hides how fat or out of shape you are :) it works
