For food: cut down on your sugar intake, that means no sugar in your tea, no sugary drinks including fruit juice (maybe limit your fruit juice to one glass a day) and yes try to eat more fiber, whole wheat foods, and stop eating heavy meals after 6pm. Also, it's important to eat 3 meals a day, so don't skip breakfast or lunch. Try to eat home more, if you don 't have a lot of time, try something like soups and or quick veggies and fry them in a wok, and slap a steak on the side. Steaks are easy to make, all you need to do is get a pan pour little olive oil and then slap the steak in, it will sizzle and then you turn it over, once both sides become brown you know it's ready to eat. Now i like my steak little pink in the middle, but you could keep it in the pan untill you get the colour you want.
