its no big secret...shaira law in this day and age..wherever its being implemented applies only to the poor and weak...if you're among those in power who can yield political persuasion or a force to be reckoned with...you can pretty much operate outside of sharia call or worse, have an indicted conviction overturn....it happens in Saudi Araba when they execute the weak and let off westerners and it happens in Somalia with Al-Shabab when they only chop off the heads and hands of those from "weak" qabiils that can't fight back.
