Same here, most of MJ cousins think I am MJ....and I dont correct them, I just observe them and see how the mind of MJ's work, I even was included in a fight once between Mj Vs. Og and I participated to further my study.

Okay so I've realized that most Somali's my age don't really know that much about Somali culture, politics, qabiil, etc.

I usually don't bring up qabiil to people like in asking them what they are, usually they ask me, and here is how the convo usually goes

Person: Whats ur qabiil?

Shirib: Geledi

Person: Whats that?

Shirib: It's a subclan of Digil y Mirifle

Person: What's that? Is it Hawiye or Daarood?

Shirib: Neither, it's Digil y Mirifle, (then I have to give them a run down of Somali clans)

Person: Oh okay (knowing damn well they still don't know)

The End

So no, I am not qabiilist, I don't insult other clans, and I don't brag about my clan either

yes i guess i know.
there is some other main/huge tribe in somalia other than haweyah, darod and isaq.
and they dont claim to be arab origin.

Just make sure both her parents are pure Hawiye too.

I am amazed how a Half Somali like Sheik Hyper is very defensive of Daroodismo while FAH can't even defend Hawiye not even once.

Shirib, you have defended Hawiye more than FAH, at least accept an honorary membership into team Hawiye.
