AND THOSE WHO ARE NOT LANDERS JULY 1 IS ON THE CORNER

, and then on the 1st of July we went to a theatre to watch a movie or something. We were accompanied by cousins of my cousins { } . Once we get inside the theatre I took my seat and made myself as comfy as possible . All of a sudden I see everybody standing on their feet , and assuming an almost military like posture . ME , a young citizen of a flourishing democracy {Djibouti}, wasn't aware of all the ceremony and propaganda one had to endure in a dictatorship such as Somalia , and specially not at the movies, for God sakes I tought we were there to have a good time. Anyways , a zealous patriot from Xamar smacked me hard on the back of my head , and told me something like " war koor uu istaag cunuga , bila eedeb!!!" I was like " WTF dude , is that how you treat tourists down here?" I am sorry you had to see that in the movies 
and I didn't know they used to do that too I thought it was ONLY at schools that we had to sing everyday "Gulwadow Siyaad" but not in the cinema No wonder why everybody hated Afweyne!
