You really need to understand that there are many different types of depression. I googled it up

SO the point is make a list of your symptoms and
GO TO A DOCTOR and take someone you trust.
Then gather as much information as you can from the doctor and other sources(ex. internet, islamic sources etc). What you need is information! And the next step is up to you.
You might be depressed so be it.
You might not be depressed.maybe a change in diet is required, excersize, releasing stress, life management etc
The best advice i could give is that you
inform yourself. The more you know the easier it will be to find a solution.Don't allow the problem to escalate.
