We say In Kiswahili " Fahali wawili Hawaishi katika boma Moja" which means two bulls can never leave in the Same Fence. I think the problem with Somalia is No clan believes the other Clan Can defeat them. So how about if Clans Go to war but this term we would have some kind of a moderate international referee then whoever Wins declare Mornachy and rules forever and ever. The looser would be given some kind of Amnasty to leave in the country. we would have a drawing which would go like this.
1) A clan like hawiye, darood Dir, madhibaan etc would have to fight between themselves and the winner would come the 2nd round.
2) the Winner for that Clan would have to face the runner up for the second Qabil. on and on untill we have a final. then he would declare mornachy with No one to object him.
This would work in somalia.
