Actually no whites built Libreville. Gabon has vast deposits of petroleum and gas.

Also Harare was not built by "whites" since that country's minority White regime of Rhodesia was facing sanctions around the world led by its mother government the "U.K" (remember white countries are built because of investment from other white developed countries, its the "networking" thing) it was built with Zimbabwe's vast mineral resources which just happened to be in the hands of that minority white regime at that time. And let us get real, even though Mugabe is an i.diot that needs to be put down, the only reason the White countries have played a despicable game with Zimbabwe recently is because Zimbabwe, unlike South Africa, actually started doing soemthing about the injustice of long ago. How could people who don't make 10% of the pop be allowed to continue controlling 90% of the land they got illegally to begin with??

That is why Africans stood with Zimbabwe and their claim would have zero argument were not for the fool in power in Zimbabwe who gives the Whites an excuse.

I agree Windhoek is a White city.
