I just thought about the most brilliant idea concerning Somalia's situation. Bring 100 Swahili girls and dispatch those dancers to Mogadishu Stadium where Al-Shabaab fighters will be invited to a concert where they can mingle with them girls. I'm sure some restless Al-Shabaab militants don't want to wait for 72 virgins. 
In the end Somalia will be peaceful.
