Saturday’s party in London - My Opinions

Postby Oxy- » Sun May 17, 2009 9:34 am

So I decided to go for the 1st time. Not being a local Londoner I was less enthusiastic to go to the party. Mainly because I expected poorly dressed Somalis, with not sense of style or fashion to attend. I anticipated crowdS of crazy youths screaming and shouting and running around like headless chicken.

But boy was I wrong!!

The music was great  the singers were amazing  the poetry was outstanding and deeply moving (almost makes u want to cry with joy) the hall was decorated remarkably  and above all to my surprise  … a large number of Somalis who attended should be awarded with the a fashion award ! I’m serious

Wallahi some of what the guys n girls were wearing were AMAZING ! Beautiful stylish clothes with mixture of Somali Dhaqan (culture) and western taste.

But most of all I enjoyed it wallahi - Bravo Somalis in east London - I might be back again next year

:sland:  :sland: :rose: :sland:  :sland: :rose: SOMALILAND HANOOLATO
