Besides it doesn't add up the somaliland claims anyways...somaliland spends 7 million on their defense budget...that gotta cover wages, training programs, materials, and all sorts of shit...how did they find the money to buy tanks with that sort of budget?...isaaq weren't apart of the 91 war when the sna left behind their government arsenal in the south, so it isaaq couldn't of got it then...in 88 isaaq was soundly defeated so they couldn't of got it then either...so where did they manage to buy tanks when its 4 million a piece and their budget is 7 million...and lets not forget their military budget has to go wages, training programs, materials, resources, etc...so caqli noqon meyso..but then again u will buy whatever u read...
