I will tell one extra story, when Fatima the daughter of prophet Mohamed scws was the age of marriage among those who proposed to marry her were Ali ibn Abi Talib ra and Othman ibn Affan ra; the prophet told them whoever reads the whole Quran first will be the husband of my daughter. Fatima liked Ali and she once overheard her father saying to the companions whoever reads surah al ikhlas 3 times has read the whole quran (btw reading surah ilkhas, Al Falaq & Al Naas 3 times protects you from any evil, insha-Allah). So, Ali ibn Talib went first to the prophet, the prophet asked if he read the whole quran, Ali answered I have read surah al ikhlas 3 times, Ali married Fatima
