Firstly, I believe there should be no mods at all, and I also credit The-Screw'up with single-handedly destroying this forum.
But, in this unfortunate mod-stricken scenario, I believe this about the process.
-> Absolutely NO Marehans, in fact all Marehan mods even in Gedo should be ousted from their posts, in fact I'd go as far as building a separate "Concentration Forum" for them to post, but should be moderated by a trustworthy candidate (preferably Majerteen)
-> Rejection of all Hawiyes except the civilized few (Harti-Abgaal), special rejection of mini or wannabe-Hawiyes, like Gaaljecel, Hawaadle, tiny Mudolood subclans, Ajuraan, Ujeejeen, Duduble, & all that little qashin ... their attempts on this forum to gain acceptance will hinder their mod capabilities
-> Banning all Ogaden members, they make Somalis look bad and like rag-tag rebellious thugs, uff caleeyk
-> Reach out to White & Ethiopian online forumers to join S-Net discussions, also ban any anti-American or anti-Ethiopian topics
-> Ban all Isaaq members on account that this forum is not for them & since their people pay no tax to Somalia they deserve no place here
-> All mods should be Majerteen, Warsangali, or Harti-Abgaal, maybe a token Rahanweyn or something
-> Merge all Politics sections into Puntland section
-> Remove Gedo section from Provinces and the forum altogether
