Why the head Mode has to be a dude?

..ok, here is my argument

..there are some eminently competent females that will do the job and some, females who are judicious, calm, less emotional than the two males who are running for the job and females who have no clan conjuction and will not see everything clan based

..females who also will not over-moderate the site like it has been (a dream come true for the likes of me) and will not let junior mods exploit the little power given to them (something that will possibly occur) if either Voltage or Shirib is chosen

..so why is it that these females aren't coming forward and are just cheerleading from the sideline?

..or we wont allow a female to become the head mode?

i thought the only candidates were voltage and shirib..the obvious choice being shirib... i agree with you 1neman, a female will most likely not get caught up in the whole qabiil thing..
