Religion does not sock.

But for Somalia's civil war to continue, people have to use our religion to keep killing each other.

You couldn't possibly understand and the shid is not as black and white.

Somalis killed each other all these years for clan, but people have to say "Oh its because of Islam" when the shid never was about Islam till three years ago when a group we thought could bring us out of the dark emerged.

Now, the former Islamic Courts is split into different factions fighting each other. Sheikh Sharif's men vs. Aweys group and his Al Shabaab allies....these niccaz were all one just 36 months ago and took over Mogadishu.

Any scholar will tell you Somalia is the ultimate form of "fitna" where Muslims stay killing each other over stupid reasons instead of uplifting the poor and displaced throughout the land not just where they control.
