Anyway here is WHAT i propose. A body of Congress house made of Senators. Every big province Somalia to democraticly select a leader WHO shall be called a senator, to represent their province.
A homeland security defense be enacted to control tribal fights and violent protestations.There shall NOT be a president nor a prime minister not a Mullah wanna be. Instead, Somalia should capitalize what they r good at, and that is trade business. Somalia should be run like a company. FIVE supreme judges or aka board of directors share holders rule and uphold the law of the land. They should have united states TAX system to pay for the building and maintaing of roads and police.
