["KUUSH" -it's very sad to see alot of tribal minded here appluading ethiopiand and kenyans to came back, in order to eridicate alshabaab the only somali pride left. with out alshabaab, somalia would have under ethiopian rule by now. /quote]

Al-shaab don't give a toast Somalis or Somalia , they are extremist esoteric Cult who belief in their specific sect of universal jihad , they have more sympathy and brotherhood with Al-Zawahiri & Binladen than the whole Somali race . Nobody wants Ethiopia or Kenya to set their foot in one inch of Somali territory but in this circumstances I hate to say , Somalia is better off having Kenya and Ethiopia helping than Al-shabaab controlling--------- ! --!..

by the way let me inform you most of Al-shabaab didn't even participate arm struggle against Ethiopia , All of them come back after Ethiopia left , and didn't even have the guts to fight --the bastards Turkey , Godane and Aweys were hidding their hide-outs and show-Up when President Sharif took office ,,, I thing the biggest mistake Sheikh Sharrif made is trusting some of his former Maxaakims who join the gov'mnt -- but their loyalty goes to extremists groups ! and that is where most of the gov'mnt failure comes from .

People ,wake Up and smell the coffee this is not Hawiye war , its fanatic jihadistic extremist
who wants to takeover the whole Somalia .and if they succeed Puntiland and Somaliland are next !

.

NOTHING GOOD can come out of these guys controlling Somalia. If they are not stopped now, Somalia will turn from a humanitarian tragedy to enemy number 1 in the eyes of the world, and the Somalia people cannot afford to take that route after 20 years of war and destruction.

somalia.
Look at you, sitting good and having fun in Europe or America while you clap for an organization that will never be allowed to succeed taking over the nation. What is infront of Somalia when there are blockades, when the neighboring states consider it the biggest enemy, when the world oppresses it and denies it access to anything, when we might suffer even more in the long term as a people?

[/quote]Kush, your first priority is the Ogaden, that hasn't changed. That is why you support Al Shabaab because of the hope Al Shabaab will help you even though Al Shabaab has fought ONLF and called them disparaging names time and time again. You don't care about Somalia as long as there is an anti-Ethiopian group in power there. I consider that position sad my friend.[/quote

Saxiib the world does not care somalis i do not know --why did yo care about what world will think of alshabaab takes over. it's the world who armed the somali war lords even before alshabaab came. there are not humantarain crises all degaans that alshabaab controlls, they building roads, hospitals and they giving tax braeks to any one who is willing to impor goods to

Voltage, tell me anything specific that alshabaab would do for OG then Mareehan. as yo stated. Onlf kick alshabaab about of Ogaden when they tried to start fighting there back in 2007. they get nothing in common, and i for one do not wanna alshabaab there cuz there is legitimate urur there already. but in somalia i only support them cuz there any thing that is
better then them exist. but this where we differ. it's for sure that having ethiopia in somalia will favor some of your tribe leaders who was patiently waiting months to hide behind ethiopian tanks cuz they do not have the balls to capture one innch of anywere them selfs. but to me, having ethiopia in somalia is not in my best interest and that is no matter how different our views are, as OG we support any one who is not apupet of melaze and we are against any who is a pupet.

Shrib.
This is what Kenya and Ethiopia were advocating for years to divide Somalia between the two once and for good, only sad and dark days are ahead if the neighboring troops invade Somalia, the good and proud days of being Somali is gone down the drain, from now on all we are going to get is Gumeysi and HIV what else do you get from Ethiopia and Kenya.

God bless and rest his soul, former president Siyaad Barre AUN was a perfect leader, protecting the masses from what they are suffering from today.

About the extremists, they are a lesson to all Somalis.

So far their success can be explained by their unity in extremism, while their opponents are divided by clan and region and have lived in hostility for a long time. The opponents of the extremists do not even conduct a joint military operation because of mistrust and animosity existing between them.
Wow, they sure have taught you a lesson, a year ago to you they were anything but extremists; they were "the resistance movement" rather, in fact you were at Voltage's throat for fueling what you dubbed as being a propaganda spread by Mr. Yusuf's puppet administration and its Ethiopian allies, propaganda that proclaimed "the resistance movement is divided and are hypocrites". You my friend are a flip-flop just as you've accused Voltage time and time again, but for whatever its worth its good to see that you’ve come to term with what Mr. Yusuf and many others had known about your once beloved resistance movement.

Its funny you've mentions conducting a joint military operation against such groups, I guess you've forgotten about your rhetoric regarding Northeasterners? Far worse though I think was Hiiraan.com's cock-and-bull story under the late TFG: "The illegal killing by Puntland Militia against Hawiye civilians should be stopped. The misled Ethiopian Forces should understand that Majeerteeniya is using Ethiopian Forces to achieve tribal interest." Indeed, the possibility of ever conducting a joint military operation for such reasons aren't just possible till as you’ve said, Somalis can learn to trust one another again.

Sharif al tigrey.

what a u turn! What a flip flopper. If he was a footballer we would have a new turn called the sharif turn in honour of the cruyff turn. What does it say about somalis when we are asking the help of nations who literally benefit from the chaos and anarchy of somalia?

But in this thread it' easy to say to know one thing. whose the man with the honour and self respect and whos the slave.
