Let me get this strait. Two practically grown ass people have been physically abusing your nine year old son and you don’t know what to do
You call the cops or go out there and beat the sh!t out of the 16 year old for putting her hands on your child.
If the kids are that bad, I'd hate to see how their parents are. Move out while you still can.

There is only one language scum that would attack a 9 yr old understand and that is violence.
Since your family are respectable and also your children are much younger than theirs I suggest you call the police and let them give them a strong warning. Call the police as many times as you need to and if they persist press charges and see it all the way through. Good luck
